My Perfect Location for a Classroom
Perfect Location for a Classroom
My perfect location for a classroom would be in a forest in the mountains with the ocean down below. The school would have giant windows that look out on the vast ocean with fog dancing up above. The walls would be painted white and covered with art with stringed lights intertwined throughout. The classrooms would have cushioned chairs with round tables that look out over the ocean.
There would be an enormous library with cozy couches, giant windows, and lots and lots of books. The cafeteria would serve gourmet and fresh food like rice with curry, salad with balsamic dressing, homemade bread, and dessert bar that would have scones, donuts, brownies, and ice cream. It would have a wraparound deck with tables so people could eat outside and enjoy the view while breathing in the ocean air.
There would be a track outside, as well as a gym where students could do yoga, workouts, and exercises. There would also be a music room with pianos, guitars, ukeleles, and other instruments. There would be an art room with the highest quality art supplies that include paint, paper, watercolor, pens, pencils, brushes, and lots more with plenty of room to create.
Outside, there would be a path down to the ocean with a giant waterslide that people could go on during recess. The forest would have different trails to go on and explore to learn about the natural world. There would be a ski lift so, in the winter, people could go skiing and snowboarding. There would also be a garden outside that students would help take care of and some of the food from the garden would go into the school lunches.
This is my idea for a perfect location for a classroom.
Wow! I want to go to be in this classroom! I love your descriptions of space, activities, food--and more. I feel like I'm "there." The one thing I would add is YOU! If you're there, then it's perfect! Gramma Susie xoxo
