5 Exercises to Do Every Morning
Here are five exercises I try to do almost every morning.
- 25 jumping jacks
 - 10 lunges
 - 5 push-ups
 - 10 sit-ups
 - A short (or long) walk outside. I usually do this later in the day, either for a break from homeschool or after we're done with school for the day. I usually try to get at least 10,000 steps in at the end of a day.
 



I'm going to add one of these exercises per day---but maybe only one of each to begin with! Love the picure you chose. You look so peaceful. xoxo
