5 Exercises to Do Every Morning



Here are five exercises I try to do almost every morning.


  1. 25 jumping jacks
  2. 10 lunges
  3. 5 push-ups
  4. 10 sit-ups
  5. A short (or long) walk outside. I usually do this later in the day, either for a break from homeschool or after we're done with school for the day. I usually try to get at least 10,000 steps in at the end of a day.

These are pretty simple exercises but they will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day!
